Permit Required for Town of Colonial Beach "On the Beach" Ceremonies and all Beach property (Gazebo, Town Hill Pavilion)

There is no Town permit required for wedding ceremonies under 20 people on the beach. A higher number of wedding participants requires a Town of Colonial Beach permit to get married on the beach or on any of the Town's property. (Subject to change)

Beach Permits & Parking Fees

*A Town permit is required to get married on the beach for wedding parties over 20 people

*$2.00 per hour for each vehicle at the "Pay to Park" machine at The Point beach ceremony site

Alternatives for parking:

*Street parking in nearby neighborhood

*Park FREE at Town parking near museum and catch the Trolley to The Point (Memorial Day - Labor Day only)

Bryce Hall, Marriage Officiant, does not obtain the permit for you and will require proof of permit before officiating your beach ceremony.

Your Civil Marriage Ceremony fee does not include your Town Beach permit.

*Your private residence and/or private dock/pier in the Town of Colonial Beach

and/or Colonial Beach, Westmoreland County

* Ebb Tide Beach Community, Colonial Beach, Westmoreland County
